An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our professional and dynamic team. Working directly with our Sales Team, you will deliver exceptional service to customers and play a key role in the sales process.

As part of this role, you must be able to provide our customers with finance and insurance options to assist the buying process and actively participate in closing sales.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support Finance & Insurance enquiries, including the preparation and submission of applications
- Achieving and exceed KPI's and sales targets.
- Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the Sales Teams with closing deals and negotiation.
- Forecasting sales and accurate reporting.
- Working with an established process framework.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of finance & insurance experience or in a similar role.
- Experienced vehicle salespeople are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven passion and pride for going above and beyond for customers.
